ABSTRACT

This study examines the factors influencing the revisit intentions of mobility disability tourists at wine festivals, a segment that remains under-explored in tourism research. Using the Enduring Involvement (EI) Theory and ExperienceScape framework, the research aims to understand how the festival servicescape affects the satisfaction and loyalty of mobility-disabled tourists. This study will employ Structural Equation Modeling and FsQCA to analyze survey data from wine festival attendees with mobility disabilities. Findings will provide valuable insights for enhancing accessibility and inclusivity at wine festivals, ultimately aiding in strategy development for attracting and retaining this market segment. The research contributes to a deeper understanding of mobility-disabled tourists' needs and preferences, helping stakeholders in the tourism industry create more welcoming and accessible festival environments.
